Finding Your City

I recently saw a post that said “Every Person has a city, one where they feel their best self, one where others see them for who they are.”

Spencer’s city is Paris. Paris has a bad reputation for being extremely rude, dirty, and most people say its one of their least favorite cities in Europe. We think you’ve just been visiting the wrong part of Paris. Spencer’s favorite is the Latin Quarter on the left bank of the Seine. He could spend hours wandering the streets, taking in the sights, and enjoying the atmosphere.

Sure, we’ve seen our fair share of rude…but just like anywhere else in the world, treat others how you would like to be treated.

I haven’t found my city yet. I have a strong love of the German culture and started learning German at the age of 11. I enjoy the traditions and the food!! A highlight of recent travels was attending the Krampus Run in Munich. Look for that post coming soon!

That’s what we love about travel. There are so many places yet to be discovered and so even if Munich is my city, there’s no reason why I can’t keep searching. Until next time...
